Landlord/Tenant & Manufactured Housing Communities: (Land Lease Communities- historically called Mobile Home Parks or Trailer Parks) Purchase and Sale of Manufactured Housing and Manufactured Housing Communities; manufactured housing park owner's foreclosures; tax issues affecting manufactured housing park operators; advanced residential housing issues including manufactured housing park rules violations; lease agreements and park rules review and revision; alleged park owner violations of manufactured housing residents' rights; violations of lease and other tenancy contracts; housing discrimination cases; prohibited practices and matters under NH RSA 540-A. We handle all landlord/tenant matters and all matters related to manufactured housing including representation before the New Hampshire Installation Standards Board. We have extensive experience representing landlords in these highly regulated areas of the law. In New Hampshire, the Supreme Court has held that landlords are charged with knowledge of the law which means that every landlord is presumed to know the law. Inadvertent violations can carry severe penalties. We assist landlords in navigating these oftentimes treacherous waters.

 

Domestic Relations Matters: (Divorce, Legal Separation, Parenting time, Modifications — Petitions to Change Orders--and other issues including Parental Alienation sometimes called "Parental Alienation Syndrome" or "PAS" and Parental Estrangement). [We are not currently accepting new clients with Circuit Court Family Division issues]

Litigation: We provide litigation services in select civil and equity matters.

Other legal Needs: We are a multi-service general practice law firm serving the needs of our clients in many areas including the preparation of deeds, wills, trusts and probate of estates. We do not accept criminal matters.
